This entertainment center had specific purposes in mind when it was designed. It is the entire width of a wall in the basement family room. The homeowner is an avid scrapbooker and needed space to work and also have a spot for all material when not in use to keep it out of reach of the small children in the home. Each space was built to measurements according to boxes, paper and other tools this scrapbooker uses. The countertop was made extra deep and side pull-out work spaces were also included to maximize work area.

| This desk unit was also built to serve several functions for this family. The desk fits exactly into the space created by a bay window in a bi-level home, which can often be an awkward space for a stock desk or furniture. It is dad's main computer area, mom has a long span of countertop to lay out scrapbook pages and the kids will also put a computer in the corner where mom and dad can keep an eye on internet activity!
